Terms & Conditions

• The ECMA comprises of seven Founder Members.
• Other members are known as the Associate Members and should be in a business related to Emission Controls.
• Office Bearers of ECMA shall only be elected out of the Founder Members.
• Every Founder and Associate Member of ECMA shall have right to receive notices to attend the meetings of the Annual General Body.
• Only Founder and Associate Members have right to vote for the election of members of the Governing Body
• Associate Members have no right to be elected to the Executive Committee / Governing Body.
