ECMA Technical Presentation & Discussions on “RDE METHODOLOGY FOLLOWED IN EUROPE”

As you all are aware RDE is an important issue with the Indian Automobile Emissions Leapfrogging to BS VI from 2020. The Govt. of India has stated that we need to implement RDE by 2023. In this regard ECMA had organized a Special Two Hour Interactive Session on RDE scheduled for Tuesday, 27th June 2017 at ARAI, Pune. Mr. Nikolas Kuehn, expert from Germany (Representing Umicore India - ECMA Member) had shared the Methodologies for RDE being followed in Europe.
We would specially like to Thank Mrs. R. Urdhwareshe (Director – ARAI) who had Presided over this Technical program and she appreciated the forum and expressed that ECMA should organize such Technical Forums more often. At this Technical Presentation and Discussions, there was a gathering of 60+ participants representing Legislatives, OEM’s, Members of the IRDE Committee & Technocrats. The participants welcomed ECMA’s endeavor and gave their positive feedback in this regard.
